We guarantee our craftsmanship - if your Greenside Golf Caddy arrives damaged or has any malfunction please take pictures of the item, the damage, and the shipping materials if possible and email them along with your name to shep@greensidegolfcaddy.com We will review and send you a new golf caddy to replace any faulty or damaged caddys.
